UX Designer

Creative – Providence, Rhode Island
Department Creative
Employment Type Full-Time
Minimum Experience Experienced

The design team at Oomph are strong, creative, visual design thinkers who solve client and project problems with best practice usability in mind. An integral part of the project process, a design team member must contribute and communicate as much as possible, both internally with our team members and externally with clients and sometimes the public at large.

“Design thinking” is a practice that all team members should aspire to at Oomph. More broadly, design thinking seeks to solve problems outside of the visual sphere — to inspire those that do not consider themselves “designers” to realize that they still practice the art of solving problems with visual solutions. The visual design team at Oomph, therefore, sets the pace for the entire team and contributes to the process of solving problems on equal footing with developers, managers, and engineers.
